Return Policy
As we sell food products, we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue relating to your order, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us by email within 7 days at info@sydneyroastingco.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and Wrong Items
In the event that you receive the wrong item or damaged product, we will send a replacement. Please email info@sydneyroastingco.com with your name and order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the issue. We will confirm receipt of your claim and once accepted will provide you with a tracking number for your replacement.
Refunds
In certain circumstances, such as (but not limited to) if we are out of the product you ordered and can't provide a restocking date, we will offer a refund instead of a replacement.
In the event that you placed your order in error and would like to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will honor these requests as long as we have not yet begun fulfillment or shipment.
